Hey guys and Girls. how are you all? Sorry I have not been around for a while. I started training 6 weeks ago. I am cycling 600 miles for charity next year. Blackpool Tower to Eiffel Tower - in support of a local charity, however each of the regions we cycle through we will be donating 10% of our fund raising to a local charity and the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce will match this by 10% also. This will apply on both sides of the channel. i am one of the main organisers of this event and we seek 100 riders, we announced this six weeks ago and already have 40 riders. My training currently consist of per week divided by: Sunday = 2
